Check Mate, A Mini Camp

Please invite your chess players to a chess mini camp being hosted by the Omaha Chess Community and the UNO Chess Club. We will spend a morning learning about checkmates and having fun. Prerequisite: Students must know how the pieces move and how they capture. The program will be divided into sections based on level of experience.

Registration must be received by February 5, 2009.

No Onsite Registration!

Cost per student: $25, Snack included (breakfast and lunch NOT included). Chess Book included. Schools which register 4 students can send a fifth student for $15 and a sixth student for $10. Students can arrive after 8:15 a.m. and students must be picked up by 12:45 p.m. Free parking west of the Fine Arts Building. Bring your chess set if you have one.
