Second floor of 1221 "O" Street in the SkyWalk system in downtown Lincoln

Enter via the Atrium on "N" Street just East of 12th or the parking garage/Energy Square Building on the West side of 12th Street or the door marked 1201 "O" Street on the East side of 12th Street under the photo mural or call my cell 540-0770 - for directions.

A USCF rated tournament for Lincoln residents (includes students) and those living within 30 miles of Lincoln.

Lincoln Champ. Rounds: 4 rounds, Swiss. 1 section only.
Time control: Game/75

Registration: Starts at 9 AM on Sunday, December 6^th and closes at 9:45 AM
Rounds start at 10 AM and 2 PM

Prizes: Traveling Trophy for 1 year to the winner and 2009 Lincoln City Champion.
In the event of a tie, Lincoln City Co-Champions will be declared.
Trophies for 2nd and 3rd place finishers.

Entry fee is $15.00.

Special Announcements!

· Due to possible bad weather the schedule of the tournament is subject to change. The tournament organizer will make every attempt to contact the players and notify them of any changes in round dates and times.

· Depending on the turnout, the tournament format could be changed from a Swiss System to a Round Robin.

· The Sundays which this tournament is scheduled is an attempt on the part of the organizer to increase the player turnout. We had a record low turnout of 6 players during the 2008 Lincoln City Championship resulting in a significant financial loss to the organizer.
