2007 Omaha City Chess Championship

This tournament will determine the City of Omaha Chess Champion and the Omaha Junior Chess Champion (age 18 and younger) for 2007.

Four Round Swiss, Game 90:

Friday, September 28^th Rd 1, 5:30 p.m.

Saturday, September 29^th

Rd 2 9:00 a.m.; Rd 3 1:00 p.m.; Rd 4 4:15 p.m.

USCF membership required; available on site.  Maximum of 1 bye.

Current published rating to be used.  No Tiebreaks, prizes combined and shared as necessary. USCF Rules apply.  Improved, quiet playing area.

Lots of activities for the family at River City Roundup.

Entry Fee: $10 if received by September 27!  Walk-ins EF $20.  On-site registration 4:30 to 5:00 p.m. No late entries on Friday.  Walk-in Registration available on Saturday 8:00 to 8:30 a.m.  No late registration after 8:30 a.m.  Rounds will start on time.  Lunch: Between Rd 2 and Rd 3. 

Prize Fund (all entry fees minus expenses) distributed to Omaha City Chess Champion (25%), 2^nd Place (15%), Omaha Junior Champion (for First 18 & under) (15%), 3^rd Place (10%), First U 1600 (10%), First U 1400 (10%), First U 1200 (10%).  Prizes to be combined in the event of a tie.
