Team and Individual Competition in 4 Sections!

SENIOR HIGH section is open to grades K−12. 4 rounds @ G/60, or 5 rounds with rounds 1−3 @ G/45 and rounds 4&5 @ G/60.

MIDDLE SCHOOL/JUNIOR HIGH section is open to grades K−9. 4 rounds G/60, or 5 rounds with rounds 1−3 @ G/45 and rounds 4&5 @ G/60.

ELEMENTARY section is open to grades K−6. 4 to 6 rounds, G/30, except last 2 rounds G/45.

PRIMARY section is open to grades K−3. 4 to 6 rounds, each @ G/30.

TEAMS The top Nebraska team in each scholastic section will be the 2007 Nebraska State Champion! REGISTER on-site between 8:00 & 8:45 AM at "The Foyer" in Durham Center. For all sections, the 1^st round begins at 9:15 AM. Subsequent rounds begin approximately 10 minutes after completion of previous round. Number of rounds and time controls in each section subject to change depending on number of entries. Posted announcements at tournament take precedence over this flyer.

MEMBERSHIP Both United States Chess Federation (USCF) and Nebraska State Chess Association (NSCA) membership required (except for those PRIMARY section players who have not previously been members). Membership purchase available on-site. Current USCF and NSCA membership rates apply.

CHESS SETS: Chess sets will be provided for use by primary and elementary players; others are expected to provide sets and clocks for their own use. Use of time delay clocks permitted.

BYES: Except for final round, a single half-point bye may be requested per player. Request must be made prior to the pairing of that round.

TROPHIES: INDIVIDUAL 1^ST & TEAM 1^ST trophies in each section will be awarded. Additional trophies will be awarded depending on number of entries.

ENTRY FEES: $10.00 if received by Tuesday, March 6, 2007. Late entry fee $15.00, accepted until Saturday, March 10, 2007 at 8:45 AM.
