Omaha Central High’s 6th Annual
Chess Tournament

9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Scholastic sections open to chess players in grades K through 12. Adult sections open to everyone. Also: Team Trophies awarded to the top scoring schools!!
Students will be put in sections by grade level and will play everyone in their section. Each section will have 8 to 12 players. Trophies or medals will be awarded to the first 3 places in each section. Please bring your chess sets (we will have extras for those without). Adult volunteers will be needed to help run the individual sections.
Registration Fee: $2.00 if received by November 11th, 2006
After November 11th, registration is $5.00**
** If late registrants can’t be placed in the proper grade level, these registrants may not be eligible for trophies.
Please arrive by 8:30 am so we can start right at 9:00. Enter the west side of Central High to get to the tournament area. Snacks and drinks will be available at the concession stand. Pizza will be available at lunch.
