1st Annual Marrs Magnet
Chess Tournament
Saturday, March 25, 2006

*Registration begins at 8:00 am. First round play begins at 9:00 am.

*Awards given when section completes play. (Usually 3 - 4 Hours)

*Medals or Trophies will be awarded to the first 3 places in each section.

* Concessions will be provided.

*Students will play at grade level and will play everyone in their section. Each section will have 6 to 10 players.
  If there are not enough entries, grades may be combined.

*Players should bring their own chess sets with Staunton pieces.

Volunteers will be needed to help manage sections. No knowledge of chess required.

Marrs is located on 19th Street between U and W in South Omaha.
(One block east and four blocks south of 20th and Q streets.)
Plenty of free parking at 19th and U.

$2 Entry Fee if received by March 21, 2006; Late registration $5
