BELMONT CHESS TOURNAMENT

A Non-USCF rated tournament

Thursday, January 27 at the Belmont Baptist Church, 3424 N. 14th St.

Entry fee is $3.00

The Tournament is Open to anyone of any age. It is NOT a USCF rated Tournament.

It is Game/15 for persons using a Chess Clock.
Persons without a Chess Clock may still play but we may put a clock on games lasting longer than 15 minutes.

Registration will open at 6:00 p.m to 6:45 p.m.
All Tournament players should be there no later than 6:30 p.m.

Tournament will start at 7:00 p.m. and we want to finish by 9:00 p.m.

Sections: Number of sections will depend on number of entries and the Ratings of the players.
Perhaps: Open Section for anyone and an under 800 Section.

Certificates will be given to 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 1st under 1000, 1st under 800, 1st under 600, 1st unrated.

A Prize will be awarded to each entry.
A Prize table will be set up with players able to choose one prize off of the table according to their results in the Tournament.

Players enter by using their USCF rating if they have one. If they are not USCF members, they are Unrated

Food: A Concession Stand will be open.
Sets: Bring your own Chess Set.
